New feature in version 0.9.4

A button was added which allows to automatically run FT for the most frequent residues in the sequence.

New feature in version 0.9.2

In the text area of the sequence specification (in the input form), you can now specify the URL of a sequence file. The program connects automatically to the specified address and read the sequence from the file. Try with the sequence of collagen (CA13_HUMAN) stored on our site at ' http://athina.biol.uoa.gr/FT/CA13_HUMAN.SEQ'.
