You can select between two display options by clicking View, View Features : 
a.) in PopUp Window, 
By selecting View, View Features, in PopUp Window, you can view the features available for each gene displayed in a PopUp Window that appears next to the gene you have clicked on 
b.) in Single Window, 
By selecting View, View Features, in Single Window, you can view the features available for each gene displayed in a Single Window that appears 
in the left side of the screen. Protein features are displayed in blue color, while DNA in red.
