You can view the predicted topology of transmembrane segments (orienTM), by selecting View, Sequence View, Prediction, Predicted Topology of TM segments (orienTM). The results are displayed on the bottom left panel, by stating either OUTWARDS or INWARDS for extra-cytoplasmic and cytoplasmic topology respectively.
